Ho Ho Hockey Tournament – Dinner & Party

Dear Teams,

Our tournament is getting closer and it’s only 1 month and 2 weeks before our wonderful fun Ho Ho Hockey 4×4 competition in the swimming pool of Bilzen!
We have got 20 teams from Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, France, UK, Italia, Poland competing to be the best 4×4 team, so it’s gonna be tough!

We welcome you in the warm city of Bilzen to play a good tournament and afterwards have a good meal and a fantastic party in the city! (which is a 5 minute walk from the swimming pool)

Now for the practical things, after the tournament we offer you guys an all you can eat pizza buffet and some drinks for only €15 per person. We managed to get the best pizza in town so it’s an offer you can’t refuse.
After the dinner we will go to the party location by foot, for those who wanna come later, the party adres is: Jeugdhuis De Haajf, Zoemerik 4, 3740 Bilzen, Belgium

Now the important bit: I need the following information as soon as possible from all the teams to order everything in time (best before next week)
